Change of Student Visa to Residence and Work Visa

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

• Proof of having passed their studies or having completed their research work.
• Not having a criminal record in Spain and in their previous countries of residence, during the last five years, for offences existing in the Spanish legal system.
• Submit a contract signed by the employer and the worker that guarantees the worker a continuous activity during the period of validity of the authorisation to reside and work.
• If the contract is part-time, the remuneration must be equal to or higher than the minimum interprofessional wage for a full working day and on an annual basis.
• The employer must have sufficient financial, material or personal resources for his business project and to meet the obligations assumed in the contract with the worker.
